Guests pay a simple, transparent service fee based on their booking total: $10 for bookings up to $200, $15 for $200-400, $18 for $400-700, and capped at $20 for anything over $700. This typically works out to just 3-4% effective rate—far less than competitors' 6-8% percentage fees.

Volume discounts are automatically applied based on your monthly booking volume. At 501-1,000 bookings/month, you get a 1% reduction. At 1,001-2,500 bookings, you get 1.5% off. Over 2,500 bookings gets you a 2% reduction. These apply to both online and POS transactions with no need to negotiate.
